Sunny Kim, Elder
As a young adult, Sunny came to the US where the Lord saved him and blessed him with a wonderful family and engineering business. He is married to Ming and they have four children—Naomi, Joshua, Samantha, and Elizabeth. Sunny loves welcoming new visitors and spending time with his granddaughters, Charlotte and Madeline.
John Koh, Pastor/Elder
John is the Lead-Teaching Pastor at GraceLife. He is married to Karna and they have five children—Daniel, Hannah, Rachel, Caleb, and Aaron—and one grandchild, Elias. John graduated from The Master’s Seminary (M.Div, D.Min) and has been in pastoral ministry for over 30 years. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, golfing, and pickleball. (Email John)
Don Lee, Elder
Don is married to Hyun and they have three children—Thomas, Jonathan, and Samantha. Don previously lived in Los Angeles and Shanghai as a writer for the LA Times, which he continues to do for the DC Bureau. Don enjoys traveling with his family, reading newspapers and books, and taking walks and biking.
Scott Lee, Elder
Scott serves as the treasurer and a care group leader at GraceLife. Prior to running his own business, he worked in finance. He is married to Nicole and they have two children—Annabelle and Benjamin. Scott enjoys taking vacations with his family and golfing during his spare time.

Matt Kopp
Executive Associate Pastor
Matt is the Executive Associate Pastor at GBC. He is married to Brianne and they have five children—Jacob, Ellie, Andy, Zoe, and Josiah. Matt and his family relocated back to the US after serving as a missionary in Malawi from 2016-2023. Matt graduated from The Master’s Seminary (M.Div, D.Min in process) and he loves coffee, family, and being with God’s people.

Ben Choe
College/YouNG ADULT’s Pastor
Ben is the College/Young Adult’s Pastor at GraceLife. He is married to Lois and they have one daughter—Lucia. He graduated from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div, 2019) in Louisville, KY and is currently pursuing a D.Min. from the Master’s Seminary. Ben enjoys running, swimming, board games, and finding a really good book!

Eupil Muhn
Youth Ministry Intern
Eupil serves as our Youth Ministry Intern. He is married to Christine and they have a daughter, Penelope. He has been a classroom teacher and instructional coach for 15 years. Eupil graduated from Georgetown University (BA, English) and the University of Maryland (MA, Education), and is currently enrolled at The Master’s Seminary. Eupil loves spending time with his family, reading, and exercising.

Sarah Kim
Children’s MInistry
Sarah serves as the GraceLife Kids Children’s Ministry Director. Sarah studied Elementary Education at the University of Maryland and received her masters in Special Education at Johns Hopkins University. She’s currently a Special Education teacher and has a huge heart to teach the gospel to children. Sarah is married to Dae and they have two daughters, Ellie and Claire.
